Nope, someone with access to postmates account database has been selling the information of peoples accounts. I had 2 different accounts hacked in the same week. One of which I had not even ordered from yet. Postmates is a horrible company and they purposely avoid any claims.

I got a $200 fraudulent charge from Postmates today. Most likely someone got my VISA debit info and ordered a gift card. Got a fraudulent charge from Open Table for $100 same day.

You people should have some way to contact someone! Some kind of support when your app does not work right. The same card I have been using suddenly will not work and it has money on it and a new card I entered also has money on it <plenty> and it will not work. I had >>That's HAD<< a very important appointment. What is wrong with you people?! Don't you have some way to actually speak with someone and fix things like this??!!

This stupid Uber app will not accept either one of my debt cards and there is plenty of money on both of them. There is no way to delete the cards and enter them again. There is no way to actually contact anyone. So I depended on Uber and now I am totally screwed!!!

I'm a current Postmate courier in Chicago. Did you not receive a Postmates commercial prepaid card prior to doing your first delivery? When I went to the onboarding session that is the first thing I received upon arriving. The rest of your experience is quite strange overall, it wouldn't makes sense to not go to the location that is on your app. If something seemed off, you should of just contacted Postmates customer service.

The only way a homeless person could of pulled something off like this, is if they somehow obtained/stoled someones Postmates account to place this order. Which would be quite rare for something like that to happen, at least you received a $50 tip lol. Quite a story buddy!

I'll agree and disagree. I also study psychology, and what we learn is that there is a thing called "natural talent" some people just find t certain things easier. However, that doesn't mean that they have to be better. In psychology when you say natural talent you are speaking about a persons ability to grow in that field. Basically no matter what you do there is a curve when you first start, from exercise to learning. Natural talent is only how easy it is to get over that curve. Everyone is more talented in one thing than another, but that's because they enjoy that thing. That makes getting through the learning curve easier for them. Its better to do something you enjoy. However, as you said a lot of people use this as an excuse to not try at all. This doesn't make the time it takes to get over this curve any shorter, or make the work they have to do to get good any less. The only restrictions on a runners ability to run is whether or not they have a physical impairment. The only restriction on a learners ability to learn is a mental impairment. While it is true that humans as a species do have their limitations, anyone who tries hard enough can meet those limitations. People often use genetics as an excuse too. But as a species each individual shares more than 99.99% of the same DNA. Its like comparing two fish of the same species and asking which one is better at breathing under water.
